About Our Client
My client is the specialist providing different solutions for part marking of the vehicle's structure, using micro-percussion, scribing and laser technologies. They provide reliable and innovative customized solutions that meet the needs our customers' industrial marking.
They offer high value proposals maximizing productivity in the production plants, by means of the speed, quality and efficiency of micro-percussion, scribing and laser products. Their own technical support service, along with a network of dealers in over 66 countries, allows them to meet the service needs of our customers and users.
In China, they used to sell the product through distributor. Now they are looking for someone who can help to set up China office and penetrate the business in automotive and other industrial segments.
Job Description
Reporting directly to global leader, China Sales Head is a key member of leadership team. He/she will play a significant and hands-on role driving sales in China. He/she will think strategically about the architecture of client's sales organization in his/her region. He/she will be responsible for the growth of sales network, organization budget, Forecasts, Booking, Backlog, Billing, timely delivery of products according to agreed delivery conditions, and prompt collection of payments.He/she will propose sales network development and local strategic alliances, enabling the development of the Company in China.
- Developing Key Accounts and network in automotive market
- Setting up China representative office to meet the needs and expectations of our regional customers either directly or via subcontractors or distributors.
- Leveraging current opportunities both within the organization and with external partners and subcontractors.
- Assessing and prioritizing investments in the region for marketing, technical support, and manufacturing support, so that my client can remain ahead of its competitors and best serve its clients.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned Sales candidate with a successful track record of business development in automotive segment. He/she will be a recognized authority in China.
The ideal candidate will have also demonstrated excellent communication and networking skills to secure commitment and buy-in from various parts of previous organizations.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies in good understanding of marking equipment/system with solid technical background.
