Administrative Assistant ( Shanghai )

Good location – Downtown Shanghai, West Nanjing Road

This role is to supply a sophisticated level of support to the Michael Page International Shanghai office. To ensure efficient and professional client area duties and responsibilities are performed at all times. Working area will be in the front desk.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and candidates
• Book candidate interviews, client meeting
• Distribute mails to the staff everyday
• Efficiently answer and transfer calls from the national switchboard in a professional and timely manner
• Update telephone list on a regular basis
• Update weekly reports, training schedule for business
• Help with computer set up, projector &; Skype interview if any requirements
  Responsible for the organization and liaison of internal functions as requested

Qualification:

• Above College Degree.
• 1-2 years related working experience, experience in Hospitality/customer service and is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Well-organized, good team player but also able to work independently; functioning effectively
