About Our Client

Our client is one of the most popular and well-known lifestyle retail brand in China. With well-known private equity funds support, it is now aggressively developing overseas market, such as Singapore, Thailand, Australia, India etc.

Job Description

Overall responsibility for the P&L in the target countries

Responsibility for identifying, negotiating, developing and managing JV partners

• Define the products according to the market needs and coordinate all logistics activities
• Achieve sales and profitability targets
• Define and execute business plans in the region (expansion and sales plans)
• Create preconditions for a profitable and sustainable growth in the region

The Successful Applicant

8-10 years working experience in retail with sales, expansion functions experience

Understanding of the retail structures in an international retail business

Proven track record in building and developing a retail brand

Preferably have experience in managing JV partners

Mandarin and English speaking is a must

Flexibility for high frequency travel
