About Our Client

Client is top global kid Juice beverage company with strong famous production partners all over the world. As a leading company in the industry, its main brands entered Chinese market cooperating with a strong Chinese local partner. The brand is quite famous in Chinese market with continuous And open revenue growth. With open , entrepreneurial and fun cooperative culture, the company is hiring a trade marketing manager, who could help a licensee partner to develop trade marketing program and training.

Job Description

• Help licensee partners to develop trade marketing program
• Help partners to strengthen marketing/sales capability through related training courses and programs
• Build and maintain good relationship with partners in branch level which can effectively convince them to put more efforts & resources
• Introduce best practice from other countries to China market
• Closely follow and monitor sales performance, which should be in line with forecast and annual budget
• Conduct market visits in key areas to improve the merchandising excellence and in-store promotion

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years in FMCG industry related working experiences and food/ beverage category is preferred.
• Great trade marketing program development skills with good presentation skills
• Strong leadership and willing to take responsibility
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Be proficient in both English and Chinese
