We require you to minimally possess these capabilities:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of hardware architecture in printing/imaging products.

• Strong analytical skills in understanding printing/imaging design concepts.

• Solid knowledge and capability of analyzing and resolving EMC issues

• Working as an individual and in groups in hardware development and design.

• A technical hands-on individual contributor capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.

• A project leader managing indirect reports. 

• Proven track record of multiple product development life cycles.

• Experience in PCA design and EMC troubleshooting.

• Experience in hardware development of laserjet printer is highly desirable.

• Good communication and inter-personal skills to enable global and cross-functional engagements. 

  Good to have:

• Experience in hardware designing of laserjet/inkjet printer.

• Experience in handling multiple product design life cycles.

• Experience in any of the following disciplines:

1. Analog Design

2. Digital Design

3. ASIC Design

4. Signal Integrity

5. EMC

6. DC/DC converter

7. Physical Layer
