· Focused on delivering quality, applying practices such as specification-by-example, build and test automation

· Maximize the value they deliver through developing a deep understanding of, and close working relationship with the FX business

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

 · Very good analytical capability, problem solving skills, learning abilities, team skills (essential) 

· Good verbal and written communication skills (essential)   

· Experience in XML based data transformation (XSLT) and data transfers (essential)   

· Experience in Regulatory Trade Reporting (preferred)  

· FPML Knowledge (preferred)   

· Knowledge of FX (Cash and Options) and Commodities products (preferred)

· Experience in Agile methodology (preferred)
