职位描述
Position Summary:
Provide solid back office support to the front line sales team, help to make the practice of sales process smooth.
为一线销售团队提供坚实的后台支持,帮助销售流程的顺利实施。
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers to place order details in SFDC
帮助客户在SFDC系统下订单明细
Support Sales team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth
支持销售团队,与CSR团队合作,使订单流程顺畅
Help the team to conduct order status tracking
帮助团队进行订单状态跟踪
Manage goods return and exchange process
管理退货和换货流程
Follow up complaint process and help to confirm credit from factory
跟进投诉流程,协助工厂确认信用
Manage consignment process
管理寄售流程
Participant dealer inventory management/ dealer portal management
参与经销商库存管理/经销商门户管理
Routine operation job including日常操作工作包括
Product information enquiry, including stock quantity, serial number and expiration date and etc. 产品信息查询,包括数量、编号和有效期等
Feedback of shipment information, follow up daily cold chain complaints
货品装运信息跟进及客户投诉沟通事宜
Other sales operation related process build up and follow up
其他销售操作相关流程的建立和跟进
Ad hoc requests
主管临时安排的其它工作任务等
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter工作态度积极主动
Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
具备良好的沟通技巧和对关注细节
Troubleshooting and problem resolution故障排除和问题解决
Good in MS Excel, Word, 良好的office办公软件使用能力
Excellent verbal and written English is plus英语可读写
Bachelor degree required and/or equivalent experience 全日制本科学历
