Position: Sourcing Director

Location: Shenzhen

Our client is a leading company in the electronics industry and with their rapid development in Asia, they need a professional sourcing director.

Responsibility：

？ Study APAC Sourcing strategy with current supplier base competence, developed category new supplier develop needs and plan

？ Transfer new supplier development plan to project base with clear saving target, timeline.

？ Get align with cross functional team to assign the project owner and take the role as project leader to own the project final delivery.

？ Working with category strategy team to enroll the new supplier development plan as part of the category plan with volume allocation agreement.

？ Working with New Product Development Group to engage into the design stage, set up new supplier name into initial AVL to build long term supplier development plan.

？ Working with R&D and quality team to develop supplier development plan to ensure supplier performance level, set up ‘gap close’ actions.

Requirement:

？ Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.

？ Over 10 years working experience, prefer in international company

？ Familiar with electronic industry, strong track record in the past experience

？ Strong skill on project management, supplier development and negotiation.

？ Target driven with high commitment

？ Self-motivated with good passion to deal with challenges

？ Harding working, strong capability to co-ordinate and work with a team
