RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Motivate, develop and manage high performance vendor management team of three to five individuals.

？ Drive a metric driven, results oriented culture.

？ Develop and implement short & long-term plans for cost effective sourcing strategies;

？ Manage subcontractor capability and capacity requirements relative to current and future needs;

？ Develop a performance driven supplier management process resulting in supplier performance scorecards, joint problem solving and overall quality improvement;

？ Manage the global procurement strategy to ensure a continuous supply of high quality, cost effective product;

？ Responsible for knowledge of raw material trends and changes in commodity markets which could affect the cost of products;

？ Interface with Engineering and Product Management to ensure timely product transition and launch of new products; and,

？ Collaborate across departments to institutionalize process & protocol to insure effective management of all supply chain functions.

EXPERIENCE

？ BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Logistics or technical degree;

？ Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in global procurement including experience with sourcing from China and/or Asia;

？ Minimum of 5+ years of management experience.

？ Track record of successful strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, implementation, project and supplier relationship management; and,

？ Demonstrated experience in the electronics industry.

？ Experience managing ODM and CM suppliers
