The position is open in Shanghai.

Responsibility

• Sell Refractory Zirconia and thermal spray products in China, to achieve the annual responsible budget

• Complete and achieve annual sales target

• Maintain the existed accounts to make sure the maximum market share% there

• Develop new accounts for fused refractory and thermal spray related applications

• Collect customer information (customers demand & demand trend in future), and report to line manager

• Collect Market and competition information (Products & Market Pricing level), and report to line manager

• Promote new products in market

• Participate in the sales strategy making with constructive ideas

• Respect company rule regarding business trip safety.

  Requirement

  *Typical Education Level and qualifications needed

• Bachelor degree or above. Ceramic material related background are preferable

  * Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：

• 5 years experience in the industries relative to ceramics/refractory/ etc.

• At least 3 years experience in industrial/product/technical/sales & marketing

  * Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies:

• Fluent English in writing and speaking

• Should be able to handle a business independently.

• Good communication skills to build up customer relationship and internal coordination within the organization.

• Willing to travel frequently

• Willing to take challenge

• Strong team working spirit

• Good skill in Word, Excel and Power Point etc.

• Self-determined, open, hard-work, logic, analysis abilities

• Loyal, mature and stable
