Responsibilities:

- Lead new product DFM and trial run

- Development of advanced SMT, coating, soldering, and advanced solder material

- Technology development to improve SMT yield and board level reliability

Requirements:

- BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related

- 5 years SMT Engineering in electronics manufacturing industry

- Solid knowledge/skills in process control in terms of SMT, coating, reflow soldering

- Strong analytical, problem solving skills

- Able to adapt to business trips

- Fluent English is an advantage
