KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Maintain master data for POS system, and regularly check master data accuracy;

-  Assist new system launching related to commercial department;

-  Make sales report as requested like weekly & monthly report, distribution mapping, etc.

-  Prepare documents including presentation materials;

-  Search useful information from different channels in order to explore more beneficial reports for sales team; 

-  Assist sales promotion, including previous data preparation, scheme draft, promotion result tracking, etc; 

-  Weekly travel schedule consolidation, and assume the duties of travel coordinator for sales team;

-  Assist yearly contract preparation, checking and management;

-  Co-ordinate necessary internal and external communications;

-  Provide other ad-hoc support as needed; 

 

REQUIREMENTS

-  University graduate, major in English and/or business administration

-  About 2 years relating working experience, Sales or marketing background preferred.

-  Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin 

-  Strong computer/software skills (Word, Excel, Access) 

-  Flexible, service-oriented team player and proactive attitude 

-  Strong communication skills

-  Good problem solving ability
