岗位职责:

Responsibilities
1. DIGITAL STRATEGY
I implement my brand's communications strategy across all digital media
● I observe and analyse the online behaviour of my sport's users and customers and contribute to my brand's
digital communication strategy.
● I observe and analyse technological and interactive developments
● I analyse online competition for the brands, products and services of my brand
● I identify innovation possibilities for products and services, for my users and customers
● I formalise and communicate online actions within my brand and the decathlon.country sites
● I work with internal partners and suppliers referenced as offering the best value for money
● I get to know and meet with the key digital players internally and externally
● I share my experience and make use of other people's experience.
2. DEVELOP THE BRAND'S INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL PLATFORM
I develop the visibility of my brand's digital platform
● I run the website for my brand and assess the impact of developments implemented
● I make my brand site available internationally
● I make my brand site available to all customers on all digital media (mobile, tablet, etc.)
● I challenge the suitability of mobile applications, mini-sites, contests and only implement solutions with ROI.
● I identify needs for the redesign or evolution of my platform and establish and follow the project to completion.
○ I brief the agency or internal accurately and write the functional specifications as necessary.
○ I am able to assess the suitability of a supplier's response
○ I coordinate my suppliers in compliance with cost / time / quality indicators
○ I carry out tests and guarantee that the need matches what is produced.
○ I monitor the project and coordinate all those involved.
○ I communicate about my project internally
3. OMNI-CHANNEL
I develop my brand's omni-channel commerce with the decathlon.country sites
● I take part in selecting specific products for future e-commerce offers
● I construct and coordinate e-merchandising by sport with the decathlon.country sites
● I manage the product range online, especially by putting forward a specific internet tree structure, interactive
choice guides and promoting certain products, etc.
● I ensure omni-canal commercial consistency by drawing up a specific online commercial management
schedule with the decathlon.country sites
● I set up systems to make it easier to direct business from the brand site to the decathlon.country sites
● I measure the e-commerce economic KPIs (directed traffic, conversion rate, average shopping basket, T/O)
4. DISTRIBUTION OF CONTENT
I am responsible for the international distribution of the brand's product and editorial content.
● I work with Product Managers to ensure that 100% of product files are up to date, internationally
● I work with my brand's Dialogue Leader to ensure consistency between the corporate site and actions carried
through on social media
● I work with the Dialogue Leader to increase the visibility and appeal of Gold products by publishing exclusive
content on my brand site
● I increase the conversion rate for passion products by ensuring good SEO optimisation of content
● I distribute my brand's online offer worldwide and manage my contacts in the countries
● I functionally manage the RPI on photo and video content intended for online media
5. DIGITISING THE BRAND
I make the stakeholders in my brand more aware of good internet practices, I inform them of online spin-offs
of their actions and assess the effects (quality and quantity KPI). I digitise my brand.
● I organise information sessions on digital communication media within my brand
● I demonstrate the impact of effective digital communication on the brand's online turnover
● I train or organise the training of product managers on best practices on the web
● Together with merchandisers, commercial managers and range managers, I digitise the digital presence of my
brand in layouts (QR codes, touch screens, terminals, etc.)
