职位描述:
1. Act as Trusted Adviser for Global Mobility offerings to our internal clisent base.
2. Ensure a compliant, positive experince for mobile employees.
3. Effectively engaging HR BP, Staffing as well as upstream and downstream HR and finance functions and driving effective integration, process simplofication.
4. Integrate compliance and business objective and drive regulatory, compensation, tax, and overall compliance requirements.
5. work with co-sourcing vendor/partners, as applicable.
6. Participate in vendor selection and onboarding activities, where required.
7. Develop solution and program offering and develop mobility strategies to meet the needs of the business, HR, mobile employee in alignment with overall program strategy.
8. Identify opportunities for improved integration with stakeholders and implementatioin. 9. Manage global mobility ad hoc project requests from business in collaboration with mobility management.
10. Provide global mobility subject matter expertise to regional HR, and business managers.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred
3. Interested in our industry and HR management, self-motivated.
4. Open-minded and deep-thinking
5. Good data analysis skills and communication skills
6. Fluent in English
7. Supportive attitude.
