Job Purpose:
To support the local Staffing team by providing complete support on all Sourcing activities to ensure compliance and fulfillment of all processes and procedures. This role provides excellent recruitment support to the recruiter across the organization by liaison with the Business Managers and the larger Support functions thereby contributing to making the Staffing function a Center of Excellence.
Major Accountabilities:
Work closely with recruiters to review and understand the functions and qualification for specific job requisitions
Design the sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of candidates. Utilize electronic process in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving.
Research and identify potential candidates using different recruiting methods: direct prospecting, Internet searches through social media sites, Job boards, third-party suppliers or agencies, job fairs, Universities, and relational building. Effectively manage external and internal job postings through various career portals.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research for ongoing roles; demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview to offer ratios. Also partner with business / Senior Recruiter for proactively building talent pipeline / industry mapping exercise for 12 – 36 months projections.
Briefly screen candidates (via email or phone) to establish interest and ascertain qualifications/suitability for positions (technical qualifications, communication skills, salary and relocation requirements), obtain current resume/CV for review by hiring teams.
Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all Staffing SLAs.
Staying on top of the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests.
Prepare reports on recruitment status, candidate trackers, analysis, dashboards; manage & deliver them in a timely and consistent basis.
Use the highest level of professionalism when interacting with candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in sourcing Technology and Non Technology candidates.
Additional Desired Skills:
2-3 years recruiting experience.
Possess’ recruiting/sourcing experience in an agency and in - house environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects.
Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple roles and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Good working knowledge of staffing processes and web-based applicant tracking systems; experience with Kenexa BrassRing is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English;
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet savvy.
