ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

A multinational company specializing in automation technology.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Location:
Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Technical Sales Center Manager China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Technical realization of customer product application requirements on our existing core product basket
+ Analyzing and fulfilling functional requirements and performance specifications of our sub-system with regard to the customer application need
+ Generate product specification sheets and technical solutions (project and design planning)
+ Carry out calculations and construction designs, including diagrams, bill of materials and quotations
+ Define and assign testing and validating features and parameters
+ Prepare complete technical product files
+ Technical support and consultation of our customers together with sales engineers
+ Preparation and holding of customer product training and technical instructions
+ Field work and customer support in technical initial start up
+ Cooperation in failure analysis and customer compliant management
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ University or Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics
+ At least 3 years of industrial field sales experience or construction or design of hydraulic or electro mechanical systems
+ Strong technical background in the field of hydraulics, mechanics, control engineering
+ Independence project and field work
+ Advanced user in MS-Office, SAP R/3, Solid works, E-Plan
+ Systematic work style, analytical skills, creativity
+ Team working ability and open mindset
+ Professional manner towards customers
+ Chinese native speaker
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
+ Additional German language skills are a plus
