Responsibilities:

? Leading moderate to large complex projects within the Logistics Shared Services Centre in delivering project management through project/ resource/ communication planning; scope/ issue /risk /change and stakeholder management

? Understanding and managing process impacts on the customer proposition, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience

? Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

? Coaching and developing junior team members and customers, including setting priorities and providing ongoing feedback

Skills required:

? Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience providing hands-on project management, preferably in a Shared Services environment in the area of logistics management, import/export or ERP implementation

? Cross functional project/ operation experience is a plus as he/she is required to handle cross functional projects occasionally

? Expert communicator and negotiator with good written, verbal (in both English and Cantonese), presentation, and interpersonal skills

? Hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence

? Ability to work well with Excel, Visio and other MS Office applications

? PMP certification and Six Sigma Green to Black Belt are preferable

? Bachelor’s or above degree holder
