- Execute project specific development activities. Developing / Reviewing code and guiding / mentoring team members. Demonstrate technical leadership and drive best practices.
- Adopt tooling and automation to increase productivity. Apply latest framework and technical skill to existing and future project.
- Identify the training needs and make recommendations on technical training needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance as appropriate to the development of engineering teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with major or minor in computer science or related field
- 5 to 8 years progressive experience in building and designing application systems
- Be familiar with Linux, experienced in IBM products - WebSphere / MQ / FileNet including application usage (APIs) and environment knowledge, DB2, MSSQL and/or Oracle Database (PL/SQL and Performance Tuning).
