Job Responsibilities:

1. Contributing to overall CRM strategy formulation and execution, particularly in the areas of members understanding and insight and competitors analysis;

2. Cultivate owned members data pool and maintain member preference and ultimately translate into member’s sales participation through differentiated strategies and tactics.;

3. Membership card management: card design/image refresh, card production vendor tendering, card inventory and logistic control, card sold performance monitoring, etc;

4. Mass member program: design and execute occasional mass member program such as member day, member festival, member GWP, based seasonal and business needs;

5. Joint promotion: Constantly provide members excitement and interest outside Watson’s store offers and experience;

6. Points management to uplift member activeness and transaction with points stimulation activities, also to monitor and provide immediate actions for any abnormal cases together with Finance, IT;

7. Member analysis: Strong in data interpretation into action plan. Provide resourceful member’s analysis to help markets and implement for local member programs;

8. Other tasks which are assigned by department/company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 ~8 years relevant member/marketing program with strategic planning and execution. previous experience in FMCG/Cosmetic/Retailer marketing is preferred;

2. Have sufficient consumer understanding and marketing sense of China market. Strong in build collaboration relationship, willing to drive innovative and create ideas into implementation;

3. Participation in strategic development program and major change/project management skills;

4. Excellent interpersonal communication (written & oral) and influential skills;

5. Good command of English.
