Job Description :

1. Work with test labs and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance for all IFI products.

2. Work closely with supplier's QA team on business process improvement and work with them to drive key process changes that might impact customers (i.e. RoHS, Phthalates, REACH compliance).

3. Ensure the vendors/suppliers meet quality standards and procedures.

4. Conduct problem analysis and provide solutions.

5. Work with IFI Sourcing, QC and Engineering team to ensure products meet quality standards.

6. Set up systematic programs for inspection to optimize and improve product quality standards.

7. Conduct outgoing inspection.

8. Provide full details and support to merchandisers in case of customer complaints.

9. Work with IFI Merchandise team to provide best customer experience in quality assurance.

10. Maintain quality and compliance database to ensure effectiveness and timeliness.

11. Travel as needed.

12. Other duties that are assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related discipline.

2. It is compulsory that at least 3-year working experience in toys quality assurance, regulatory compliance or control fields, familiar with US, Europe, Canada, Australia toys safety standards. Working experience in a foreign purchasing office is preferred.

3. Good command of written English and Chinese.

4. Self- motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

5. Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline.

6. Work in Dongguan,frequent travel in Guangdong Province is required.
