Title: Plant GM
Reports to: VP of Operations
Positions reporting to this job: Plant department mangers, such as HR, Production, Engineering, Material, Accounting, and Quality
Location: Kun Shan, Jiang Su

Scope
This position is responsible the KS plant operation, a subsidiary factory of The company, to ensure continuous improvement of quality, safety, production efficiency, and cost, to ensure compliance with industrial standard and local regulations and policies.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Organization and People management;
Fulfill Production plan;
Provide management leadership to the plants. Assist COO to define clear, realistic annual goals and optimize production processes to bring lean manufacturing to achieve high productivity.
Maintain and improved the quality management system; Ensure the Company is compliance with FDA, ISO, environment protection rules and regulations.
Understand company objectives and develop execution plan; define and measure department objectives; and ensure proper execution.
Train and develop people ensure proper succession plan; through supervision, coaching and counseling of employees to maintain high performance.
Collaborate with other functions to support Amsino business strategy and initiatives;
Develop and define plant annual budget and 3-5 year development strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or business management is a must, master degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years management experience in manufacturing setting, medical device industry preferred.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
Strong leadership, organization, coordination, communication abilities.
Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skill, familiar ERP system is preferred.
Familiar with government regulation and rules of medical device production, environment protection, labor laws.
Self-starter, team builder, goals oriented, tactful and sensitive to employee needs, and positive role model.
