Job Description
-Be responsible for assembly routing arrangement, mechanical parts, production data collection and analysis or for assembly process in coordination with project /production planners and manufacturing；
-Assembly tool, measuring tool, cabinet application, assembly fixture design and modification;
-Edit / update relative production documents, optimize process and update ；
-Pre-checking the quality；
- Process troubleshooting ；
-Monitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system；
-Coach operators/technicians

Position Requirements (Education/ knowledge, ability):
-University graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Mechanics or related major
-Familiar with mechanical equipment in assembly area in all manufacturing lines with mechanical assembly processes.
-4 years work experience in machine tool/injection molding machine industry will be plus.
- Experience in ISO9000/SAP will be necessary /plus.
-Apply ENGEL police and professional know how well in getting relevant training.
-Experience in electrical & mechanical and technical processes.
-English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned
-Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
-Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
-Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
-Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W and Auto-CAD.
- Good summarizing for work and expression.
-Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
-Familiar in quality system and process analysis.

岗位职责

1）负责装配工艺过程安排、生产数据处理及相关协调工作；
2）负责装配工具，测量工具和工具柜引用；工夹具设计及优化；
3）生产文件准备, 工艺优化与更新；
4）新品稳定期前的首检确认；
5）装配工艺过程问题诊断及指导；
6）确保产量和质量目标的实现；
7）操作员/技术员培训。

岗位要求

1、机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业；
2、4年以上机床/注塑机生产经验并有丰富的机械工艺技术经验；
3、具备SAP/ISO9000应用经验更优；
4、经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
5、具备机电制程经验；
6、能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
7、能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
8、良好的合作和沟通能力；
9、具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
10、熟练应用办公软件及Auto-CAD等绘图软件；
11 、善于总结，表达能力强；
12、根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训；
13、熟练掌握各种质量分析方法。

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
