职位描述
岗位描述/职责
1. 负责维修团队日常工作的管理；
2. 厂房设施保养、维修，优化使用厂房设施，做到节能减耗最大化；
3. 所有厂房设施维护保养计划的制定和实施；
4. 每日/每周/每月设施查验表的制作，安排日常保养（每日/每周/每月）；
5. 与奥地利总 部设施供应商解除故障所有设施；
6. 备用零件以及零件消耗的管理；
7. 二期、三期新厂房建设项目的筹建、协调、现场监督管理、验收等工作。
8. 协调设计单位、承包商、分包商的施工，监督其按质按量，在规定时间内安全地完成有关的工作
9. 负责与政府有关部门协调，办理工程项目的报建批文、审查及验收等工作。能与施工进度同步进行
10. 对各承建商的施工表现进行评估审核，并建立存档
11. 收集工程项目的竣工档案资料，确保与施工进度同步进行
12. 维修过程问题诊断及指导；
13. 在日常维修工作中，及时组织总结各方维修经验，供团队分享，促进团队维修水平的不断提升；
14. 组织维修团队做好改善工作，并不断提升维修质量。
15. 指导新进维修人员学习、熟悉维修技能；
16. 培养维修的骨干力量，做好维修队伍的建设，确保维修队伍的稳定发展与高效运作。
17. 维修人员的日常管理和相关考核工作。
18. 5S现场管理；
19. 备件库存量空载及管理。
20. 完成上级委派的其他工作
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Be responsible for maintenance team daily work arrangement;
2. Facilities maintenance, optimize usage of all facilities, achieve the goal of power saving and waste avoiding;
3. Maintenance and prevent maintenance plan planning and implement;
4. Daily/weekly/monthly facilities checking list, planning and regular daily/weekly/monthly checking;
5. Cooperate with EA or facilities suppliers to do trouble shooting for all facilities;
6. Spare parts and consumption parts management;
7. New extension construction project planning, coordination, supervision, check and acceptance jobs etc. with consulting company and government;
8. Coordinate with design company, consulting company;
9. Be responsible for coordination jobs with government;
10. Evaluate the performance of building constructor, filing;
11. Collect documents of project be completed, make sure the same process with construction;
12. Maintenance process troubleshooting;
13. Summarizing up daily maintenance work and share experience each other;
14. Improvement of daily maintenance work;
15. Coach new operators/technicians;
16. Maintenance team building and optimization;
17. Maintenance team members daily work appraisal regularly;
18. Maintenance area 5S management;
19. Spare parts stock control and management;
20. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.
工作要求/标准
1. 机电、建筑或相关专业专科以上毕业；
2. 四年以上厂房和机电维修、维护技能和技术经验；
3. 具备SAP/ISO9000应用经验更优；
4. 具备机电制程经验；
5. 有良好的5S等现场管理经验；
6. 能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
7. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
8. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
9. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
10. 善于总结，表达能力强；
11. 熟练应用办公软件及Auto-CAD等绘图软件；
12. 根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训；
13. 熟练掌握各种质量分析方法；
Job Requirement
1. College graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Facility or related major
2. Specialist for factory facility, electricity and mechanical equipment. 4 years work experience in factory facility will be plus
3. Experience in ISO9000/SAP will be plus;
4. Experience in electrical & mechanical and technical processes.
5. Experience in 5S management
6. English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned
7. Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition
8. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
9. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
10. Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W and Auto-CAD.
11. Good summarizing for work and expression.
12. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
13. Familiar in quality system and process analysis.
