受上海法维莱交通车辆设备有限公司委托招聘“AP（0011/0574）”一职。

工作地点：宝山区 富联一路31号（有班车）

Job Descripation:

1. Expense reimbursement (travel expense, office expenes, etc)

2. Vendor Payment

3. Check and arrange daily payment in accordance with Corporate and legal standard.

4. VAT declaration, settle the import VAT immediately. Then collect the input VAT receipt to offset Out-put VAT at the end of month.

5. Buy and issue VAT invoice according to financial system. Then deliver to customers timely.

6. Book cash journal and keep the cash on hand is same as book daily.

7. Check the balance of 3 banks( BOC,BOA,ICBC) and make the bank reconciliation monthly.

8. Keep and update the contract

9. Document filing.

10. Miscellaneous job if necessary

Requirement:

1. 3 Years releated working experience

2. Can read and write in English
