职位描述
The role exists to drive Supply Chain Operations performance, supporting the area market-driven strategy and plans. The role will also drive continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Operations in EH&S performance, operational excellence, low cost-to-serve, quality and service. This person will be the Key Supply Chain interface with supporting function in Business Services.
Core Responsibilities:
? Work with Supply Chain Operations to drive performance of all logistics service providers to deliver against business requirements.
? Resolve Order To Cash (OTC) related issues, to ensure smooth processing of orders, and on-time delivery of product and documentation.
? Control and qualify specific repackaging activities by Hub
? Pack type to pack type qualifications
? Repack capacity
? Drive the implementation of improvements in service to meet new and future business requirements.
? Ensure business specific quality requirements are maintained.
? cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
? FHRA ( Food Hazard Risk Analysis)
? Communicate business capacity requirements to Supply Chain Operations.
? Warehouse / Container Yard storage needs
? Marine Packed Cargo capacity and equipment needs
? Work with the Supply Chain Operations to ensure compliance in the areas of Distribution Risk Review, company Safety Standards, Country specific Import / Export and Customs requirements, as they apply to Supply Chain Operations
? Business owner for local tolling operations, compounding and repacking operations, ensuring business requirements are met.
? Participate in RCI’s related to the Hub, and drive resulting improvements
? Key interface with Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service Representative’s, Sellers, and Planners.
? Key engagement with Account Teams in pre plan call to assist in Priority level and RCI Leader. Collaborating to check priority assignment to validate proper OD performance.
? Maintenance of the “RCI Leader List / Immediate Measure List”.
? Business analysis/report on QN, tracking performance in geography (to be defined) and other metrics
? Effective follow up on QN – Pro –active method and mind set to remain “on time” with measurement action.
? Maintaining current participation in quality circles (e.g Contamination Team), representing voice of the customer regionally at quarterly APAC operational review.
? Transfer data on QN from E&AT to CAMP system.
? Ensure that all QN are closed properly with cause and measure identified and agreed and corrective actions identified and initiated and communication done and RCI Sponsor has validated. Challenge internal stakeholder groups and hold accountable.
? Work as part of a team operationally covering Quality for both service and products, leverage best practice, platform improvement ideas
? Follow up with Account Managers post closure to further validate with customer that actions taken were successful (re-enforce customer message)
? Ensure that the COPQ and plant of cause are filled in correctly
Required Qualifications:
? Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Supply Chain related
? Candidates must have strong communication and collaboration skills
? Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain, Customer Service related.
? Candidates should have a good understanding of the Operation Plant Work Process, root cause analysis, and logistics process
