Job Description:

• Support for claim validation to release strong, watertight claims, with evaluating legal, regulatory and media risk in E-commerce platforms.

• Work closely with authorities to handle dispute or various supervision events.

• Co-work with group legal and claim teams to build up internal claim/advertising criterions and guidelines.

• Support customer service to solute customer dispute and assist to set up essential procedure and speech.

• Monitoring development of cosmetic/advertising/supervision laws and regulations, and get well interpretation and impact analysis.

• Implement inter-departmental training to popularize legal knowledge and internal requirements.      

Competencies required:

• more than 3-year experience in regulatory affairs/legal compliance/product development/evaluation of cosmetic industry or related field, better if good knowledge of dermatology or cosmetic adverse reactions.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemical engineering or related disciplines

• Good communication and presentation ability, open mindset, logic thinking and creative expression, quick learner

• Good English writing and oral skills

• Good compute skill with manipulate Microsoft office software.
