主要职责

To support the marketing operation of b2b marketing strategy and provide assistance to Marketing manager, with below specified working scope:

• Provide b2b ATL/BTL local activity administrative support to sector marketing managers, including customer event organization, logistical support, facilitation, marketing promotion data collection, performance tracking.
• Support b2b portfolio manager, collect and consolidate PPCM request and data on monthly basis.
• Provide monthly b2b sales free oils data consolidation and analysis.
• Provide b2b marketing spending data summary and analysis, tracking and report, Support b2b marketing team monthly accrual data consolidation.
• Support b2b sales performance brand tracking & provide MILO analysis
• Support b2b Calpex/Opex spending tracking, ROI analysis and data update.
• Provide SAP administrative operation support under authority.
• Support b2b marketing MILO meeting, logistical support, meeting preparation, MOM tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree; Sound administrative/secretarial skills.
