The Digital School & Team Operation Specialist of SAP Labs China Labs Operation Team is to support Labs China Management Team in employee learning and team operational activities, including employees learning, training, innovation, communication & marketing, event organization and internal affairs operations. He/She shall work with other Labs Operation Team members to achieve the goal of team visibility, ensure smooth operation.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

· Be involved in the operation activities including employee learning, training activities, and events organization of SAP Labs China

· Execute (co-) operational model within Labs Business units in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

· Support cross-unit initiatives in cooperation with other stakeholders

· Supports senior management in monitoring and evaluation of KPIs

· Assist in organizing the internal employee activities and other programs

· Provide day to day management support and admin support to team members incl. visa application, business trip arrangement, expenses, purchase request etc

Other tasks assigned by manager

Experience & Language Requirements ·

Proficient with professional slides preparation, excel analytics, and MS Office ·

Related working experience in operation and employee engagement. ·

Strong execution – good planner and being able to follow through. ·

Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) ·

The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team member ·

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
