职位描述
o Provide sound leadership and management to the department.
o Define and control the department budget including overhead and
headcount.
o Oversee production planning, scheduling, material planning, import, export, material warehousing and logistic issues
o Ensure goods supply in line with the customer’s demands and on-time
delivery.
o Eliminate the unplanned production shutdown.
o Develop and implement the pre-warning system to prevent material
shortage and production shutdown.
o Control inventory and reduce inventory risk, develop effective system to
deal with excessive and obsolete materials.
o Control Logistics cost within budget and minimize inbound & outbound premium.
o Ensure PC&L related system (SAP, etc) proper operating with accurate PC&L figure entry in time.
o Ensure the safety of warehouse and subordinators.
o Maintain frequent and effective communication with other departments, and provide support as required.
o Complete tasks assigned by General Manager.
o Develop career plan for key staff and provide training accordingly.
