This position is for 6 months temperory contract.

Be responsible for admin operation in the team and provide assistance to Account Manager.

Job Description:

1. Assist Account Manager to deal with the quotation, sampling and order follow-up;
2. Be responsible for receiving, arranging inspection & packing tasks;
3. Handle the daily admin tasks;
4. Coordinate the communication with LA office;
5. Keep documents on file;
6. Other tasks assigned by Account Manager.

Job Qualification:

1. 1+ years working experience in international trade;
2. Good customer service knowledge and experience.

3. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
4. Engaging & influential communication skill;
5. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
6. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
7. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.;

8.Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
9.Good command of written and oral English.
