Base  提成：自己提成比例很高+团队提成。

岗位说明：

工作职责：

--BD客户开发与维护，根据客户需求寻找合适的高端人才

  --与顾问及客户沟通，分析职位需求、公司背景、竞争对手信息，确定搜索方向； 

  --运用招聘网站、陌生电话、业内人士推荐等方式寻找符合要求的候选人； 

  --收集候选人的最新简历，与其进行深度沟通（电话、面对面） 

  --撰写推荐报告（中、英）发送给客户，及时追踪客户意见； 

  --协调双方时间并安排面试，为候选人做面试辅导，必要时进行面试接待； 

  --追踪面试反馈信息，随时调整搜索方向，使项目进程加快； 

  --安排成功推荐的候选人进行入职前体检、背景调查； 

  --辅导候选人洽谈OFFER（薪水、入职时间等） 

  --关注已入职候选人的动态，帮助其适应工作，使得项目顺利完成

-每周与客户沟通，询问新增需求及职位细节变化，与客户保持良好关系； 

  

 

岗位要求：

1、对猎头业务某一两个行业的操作（制造、IT、快消、医药、化工、金融、房地产等各行业）有较深的理解；

2、担任顾问时有较好的业绩产出；

3、有团队组建和管理思维或经验，有管理过2人以上团队的经验尤佳；

4、具有企业家精神，有激情并勇于承担责任；

5、有正能量，有意愿在猎头行业发展。

Responsibilities:

--BD Customer development and maintenance, according   to customer needs to find the right high-end talent 

  - Communication   with consultants and customers, analyze job requirements, company background,   competitor information, determine the search direction; 

  - The use of job   sites, strange phone, the industry and recommend ways to find candidates to   meet the requirements; 

  - Collect the   latest candidate's curriculum vitae, with its depth of communication   (telephone, face to face) 

  - Write   recommendation report (in English) sent to the customer in a timely manner to   track customer feedback; 

  - Coordinate   their time and arrange interviews for the candidates to do an interview   counseling, interview the reception when necessary; 

  - Tracking   interview feedback information, feel free to adjust the search direction, so   that the project to speed up the process; 

  - Arrangements   for successful referrals of candidates pre-employment physical examination,   background investigation; 

  - Counseling   candidates discuss OFFER (salary, entry time, etc.) 

  - Attention to   the dynamic has been the entry of candidates to help them adapt to the work,   so that the successful completion of the project

- Weekly communicate with customers, asking new   demand and job details of the changes, to maintain good relations with   customers;

1, one or two industry headhunting business operations (manufacturing, IT, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, finance, real estate and other industries) have a deeper understanding; 

2, as a consultant have better performance outputs; 

3, team building and management thinking or experience, have had two or more team management experience is a plus; 

4, with the entrepreneurial spirit, passion and courage to take responsibility; 

5, there is positive energy, there is willingness in the executive search industry.
