What this opportunity involves:
The primary objective of this key role will be to manage a fun, friendly and dynamic team and provide outstanding service and experiences in FM service delivery. You will be based onsite with our client who are the global leading banking and financial service organization.
The key duties will include:
§ People Management
– Build, manage, develop and sustain a high-performing team with high morale, trust and work ethics;
– Ensure to instill a culture of engagement in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ behaviors of being an Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Adaptable, team Player and commitment to safety;
§ Client/Stakeholder Management
– Clearly understand our Client(s) purpose and values, linking them to the way we work and our own behaviors to Ensure our delivery is Customer centric;
– Act as the Workplace Experience Ambassador to drive new ideas to enhance the overall workplace journey and customer journey;
– Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met;
– Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization;
– On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises;
§ Procurement & Vendor Management
– Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget;
– Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practices;
– Manage preventive maintenance and special project activities with vendors;
§ Contracts Management
– Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs;
– Ensure expiry of contracts are well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed;
– Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client;
§ Finance Management
– Ensure the account’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the JLL Code of Ethics;
– Ensure financial processes are followed at all times;
§ Health & Safety Management
– Ensure the provision of a safe working environment;
– Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards;
§ Operations Management
– Implement operation procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times;
– Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs, improve operational standards and implement Industry Best Practice operations;
§ Risk Management
– Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained;
– Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained;
– Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place;
– Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with JLL’s business conduct;
§ Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

You will be an exceptional leader of people and your exemplary track record in workplace and facilities management has been proven over time. Previous experience managing premium state of the art facilities with client service industry experience will be required. Knowledge of property management systems is essential. You have superior client service and communication skills (English & Mandarin) and relationship building skills to operate across organization levels. You will have the capacity to deal with a variety of issues concurrently whilst under pressure. Vendor management and budgeting/ reporting experience will also be needed, with a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis whilst sustaining a happy client and team!
