Responsibility：
1.Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)
2.Define and review drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
3.Define Bureau Veritas interventions
4.Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques
5.Execute or supervise (required by more experienced Engineer) design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques
6.Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
7.Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System (required by more experienced Engineer)
8.Execute or supervise (required by more experienced inspector) inspection according to predefined Quality Plan, and the established inspection procedures / techniques
9.Define interventions
10.Review and appraise inspection procedures
11.Select the most appropriate inspection techniques
12.Make decisions on the quality issues independently
13.Execute inspection reporting, including treatment of non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
14.Ensure quality of inspection according to BV Quality System
15.Interpret design review result or inspection results
16.Follow-up the NCR’s and the corrective actions
17.Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment
18.Continuous learning and developing in his area of responsibility
19.Maintain internal and external communication, liaison with clients or project subcontractors.
20.Interpret results of survey or inspection (required by more experienced Engineer)
Inspection/commission in workshop/site:
21.Review and understand applicable contractual requirements (regulations, technical standards, specifications, etc).
22.Define and review Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plans, and relevant procedures
23.Review and validate inspection of assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
24.Perform site inspection in related project, such as signalling, etc.
Perform commission and witnessing on site for signalling.
25.Design and deliver training for inspectors and clients (required by more experienced inspector)
26.Promote BV portfolio to clients (required by more experienced inspector )
27.Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge management) (required by more experienced inspector)
28.Monitor, coach and supervise one or more inspectors (required by more experienced inspector)
29.Follow up code of ethics of BV group.
30.Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
31.Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Signalling Engineering, preferably with education background in signaling field.
2.Working Experience: at least 5 years’ related working experience, particular in signalling field.
3.Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique
4.Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as interlocking, CBTC, on-board system, RAMS etc.;
5.Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, etc);
