Job Title: Siebel CRM AM
Purpose:
1. Manage daily operations of the application and ensure application availability and performance according to agreed SLA’s.
2. Work with application development to ensure every release is deployed with minimal impact with respect to application availability and performance.
3. Act on any support issue (Service Requests and Incidents) and ensure solution times and communication in alignment with agreed SLA’s.
4. When necessary escalate issues to internal infrastructure support teams and 3rd party (Oracle) via an agreed set of tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Follow ITIL best practise related to Problem, Incident and Change or when applicable follow agreed processed as defined by Corp IT Problem, Incident Change, Release and Configuration Management.
- Document all changes performed according to agreed routines and document templates.
- When necessary escalate any risk or potential threat that could cause the application to become inaccessible or perform with reduced capacity
- Inform stakeholders about any actions taken to ensure agreed performance and availability.
- Continuously work to maintain and improve competence to ensure tasks can be fulfilled with minimal disturbance and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external support functions when necessary to ensure all issues are solved within the SLA.
- Proactively work with setting application parameters, alarms and thresholds to avoid application downtime or reduced performance.
