Responsibilities: 
-Work with the product chief architect to understand all functional requirements, design user stories and flow process to help in the development of products that uses routing engine.
-Work with the peer SA in different sites to design and review the design docs and functional spec.
?-Work with the developers in different sites to do the implementation and peer review for platform new features.
-Work with SA to do investigation for new technologies and new domains.
-Involve deeply for innovation and IP capture.
-Use best coding practices to develop/test platform features.
-Will be all hands on developer but dedicate part of his time for leading the team. Will be 80% coding 20% leading.
-May lead a small development team by assigning tasks, mentoring and follow the development process to deliverables.
-Work with QA to automate testing and solve bugs before launching.
-Create documentation for their implementations.

Education and Experience Required: 
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required. Master’s degree in in Computer Science preferred. Will accept Applicants with Ph.D degrees.
-Minimum 8 years of experience developing applications in Java and enterprise services.
-Strong experience in Java, enterprise application development, services oriented architecture.
-Experience developing and implementing high performance, multi-threads programming.
-Experience developing web services or distributed, messaging and event-based systems.
-Experience in a Unix/Linux environment.
-Experience in agile delivery, especially Scrum, Kanban or Scrum-ban as well as DevOps.
-Experience in NFV and SDN.
-Experience in databases, memory databases, etc.
-Experience with source controls preferably GIT or SVN.
-Knowledge of Design Patterns. Understanding of OOP principles. Understanding of Web Standards.
-Experience with Spring and hibernate. Experience with MSTest and Junit. Experience with Java EE.
-Fluent in English speaking, talking, and writing.

Nice to have 
-Experience with network programming.
-Experience in telecom domain knowledge.
