Major responsibilities:

  

• Process owner of payables, from invoice registration till payment application

• Supplier file maintenance

• Inter-company transactions bookkeeping and balance reconciliation

• Make GL entries to ensure the completeness of bookings for accounts,

• Review and verify Reconciliation for certain accounts with sub-ledger attached

• Group Reporting Package

• Local Statutory Financial Reports

• Reports/statistic figures required by various local bureaus/ government.

• Assist FM to provide internal analysis reports for management understanding and decision purpose

• Assist FM to provide Ad hoc reports to support information sharing and/or analyzing.

• Be responsible Tax related calculation, declaration and payment application, maintain good relationship with tax bureau Participant in other special projects as assigned.

                      

  

Qualifications:

  

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance

• 5+ years accounting experience preferably in a MNC

• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and principles (PRC GAAP and IFRS) as well as tax regulations

• Experience of ERP systems, SAP a plus; proficient in MS Office

• Excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet assigned deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
