Manager of Finance and Controlling

This is a key position in the organization.

As leader of the local financial team, you will operate in an international environment and will grow dynamically with the tasks. The successful candidate shall have above average learning ability and an outstandingly thorough working style.

We will provide you with the necessary coaching from the Germany Headquarter, in addition to the support of the local team.

Job Description

- Operative controlling;

- Calculation of production tariff and product pricing;

- Budgeting and forecasting;

- Cash and liquidity management;

- SAP in-house consultant/ solution coordination;

- Preparation of regular external and internal reporting packages.

- Change management;

- Leadership of the Financial Dept.;

- Further ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements (Workeing Place: 宝安区，沙井街道)

- Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration or comparable academic background;

- At least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing firms, preferable in an international environment in the automotive industry;

- Good understanding of local tax regulations and accounting procedures according to China GAAP;

- SAP experience with modules CO/FI, preferable with customizing experience. Experience with further modules would be a plus;

- Comprehension of complex data structure and thorough data analyses;

- Leadership experience preferred;

- Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure;

- A good command of Mandarin and English, both orally and in writing;

- Willingness to work in an international environment and readiness to travel to Germany/Czech Republic on demand.
