Job Responsibilities:

- Leading of maintenance department in Shanghai Plant with around 30 members (including supervisor, engineer, mechanical or electrical technicians).

- Support of the Plant Manager and department leaders in Shanghai Plant in terms of technical training, operative improvements and the implementation of projects.

- Support of all COMPANY plants in China and Asia in terms of maintenance, technical training, operative improvements and the implementation of projects.

- Ensure that technical operating and process capabilities are established.

- Maintaining and updating operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.

- Monitoring the operation of plant equipment and systems. Reviewing the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Establishing and maintaining a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

- Preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.

- Maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

- Initiating, implementing, and enforcing the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the ethanol industry, with an emphasis on planning / scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance.

- Closely coordinator with the maintenance and engineering team in Selters headquarter for all new, transformation, line extension project.

Requirments:

- Completed Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or similar.

- Must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience and leading function of related manufacturing/industrial environment in comparable industries

- Teamwork skills, leadership personality.

- Fluent in English and German, preferably also Chinese
