China is one of the fastest growing markets for L'Oréal and the company is expanding its research activities and center in China to be the biggest one for Asia.

Key Job Accountabilities:
1. Well understand Scientific Commercial tools and Responsible for those tools Supporting, Training
2. Well understand L’Oreal customized tools and Responsible for those tools supporting and training
3. Support lab instrument applications with other local IT team members
4. Responsible for building scientific tools training content, and Manage applications documentation and knowledge
5. Support information system implementation and provide administration post implementation
6. Responsible for organizing on-line journals and related knowledge management, and provide training accordingly
7. Provide leadership in solving technical problems with other local IT team member, and global IT team member

Key Qualifications:
1． Bachelor degree or above, Master degree is strongly preferred, Degree in Science is Mandatory
2． At least 2 years experience in similar industry as the similar role
3． Extensive knowledge on commercial scientific applications
4． Have good understanding on IT and strong interpersonal and communication skills with people coming from different background.
5． Able to write, speak good English and Excellent presentation skills
6． Understanding French is a very strong plus
