Job Qualification:
Enquiries:
1. Receive and analyze new enquiries, confirm all information, material specification with the client, Sales, KAM or PM
2. Search capable suppliers and confirm technical process, quality inspection, testing requirements
3. Negotiate and compare price, conditions and quality from different suppliers, ensure proving the quotation without delays and as per client’s request
4. Constantly source and propose relevant products based on client’s market trend
5. Prepare samples for the clients

Orders:
1. May get some orders for follow up

Other tasks:
1. Visit suppliers in order to understand them better and maintain friendly relationships
2. Constant Chinese suppliers research, finding was and methods of bringing the cost down
3. Coordinate communication between clients/sales/KAM and suppliers in order to manage client’s expectations
4. Help Marketing department in searching new products and creating presentations
5. Other tasks assigned by Procurement manager

Job Qualification：
1. Bachelor or above, major in International trade, business or engineering 3+ years work experience in International trade, solid knowledge of production and export procedures, sourcing, quality control, basic knowledge of logistics
2. Excellent negotiation skills, very good English
3. Strong analysis abilities
4. Honest and strictly compliant with professional ethics
5. Work well under pressure
6. Able to travel frequently in China
7. Good knowledge of various types of products
