1. Act as a strategic partner with CEO to achieve the business's goals and needs;

2. Lead a professional HR team to provide requisite support to business leaders;

3. Forecast and manage HR expenditure within budget ensuring effective use and control;

4. Develop and implement recruitment policy, process and strategy to screen and attract top talents;

5. Develop and implement people development plan and learning&development program to retain top talents;

6. Design competitive C&B strategy and incentive scheme to attract and retain talents at all levels;

7. Design and implement a practical performance management system;

8. Organize staff functions and publicize the company culture to enhance staff’s sense of belonging to the company; 

9. Ensure all HR issues compliant with national or local labor regulations and keep good relationship with local labor bureau;

10. Other tasks assigned by CEO.
