1、负责带领平台销售团队，开展亚马逊全球各站点（US、UK、DE、FR、IT、ES）的运营工作，包括各类营销方案的策划及实施；

2、针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动，协调各方面资源配合执行，对推广商品具备有效的判断，及时跟进推广效果，根据推广效果提出调整建议；

3、负责制定计划并指导团队进行工作，实现高效运作，包括用户需求分析、页面设计优化、流量分析等，带领整个团队实现营销目标；

4、定期整理分析运营的各项数据，及时撰写运营分析报告，并提出合理化建议；

5、根据公司战略需要，带领团队在现行产品类目下作深入开发，丰富公司产品线；

6、建立并不断优化运营流程，团队人才管理及培养。

岗位要求：

1、四、五年以上Amazon运营相关工作经验，二年以上团队管理经验,拥有丰富的网络推广资源。

2、熟悉站内、站外推广，能带领销售团队完成月度、季度、年度销售任务；

3、擅长Amazon产品页面的搜索关键字优化，熟悉搜索引擎优化；擅长提升页面实际流量、转化率的各种网络营销推广方式；

4、擅长运营策划，风险评估，能够独立策划并执行相关推广及营销活动；

5、熟悉欧美消费者购物习性，客服服务意识强，能够解决客户在购买前、中、后遇到的各种问题；
