Sales Coordinator

Duty & Responsibility

- Manage strategic accounts and pursue key prospects, and be involved in closing large-scale project, assist and support the sales to get the sales orders successfully.

- Work with manufacturing and logistic dept. to provide customers with effective and excellent services.

- Responsible for various statistical reports as and when required.

- To assist and support sales activities by all means to achieve sales target.

- Responsible for contract, offer, customer file and other sales documents management.

- Support customer service activity.

Qualifications

- College or above degree preferably Mechanical / industrial course preferred.

- 5 years or above relevant working experience.

- Good command of written and spoken English & Putonghua.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

- Strong teamwork spirit and sociable.

- Good communication skills.

- Diligent, disciplined.

销售助理

工作职责：

——重点客户管理和潜在客户跟踪, 并参与完成大项目订单，提供销售行政支持，协助销售赢得订单。

——与物流等部门为客户提供有效的和优秀的服务。

——负责各种统计报告。

——协助和支持销售活动采取一切手段来实现销售目标。

——负责合同,提供、客户文件和其他销售文件管理。

——支持客户服务活动。

任职资格：

——大专或以上学历,机械/工业专业优先。

——5年以上相关工作经验。

——英语及普通话: 良好的口头和书面表达。

——优秀的微软办公软件应用技能。

——团队合作精神和善于交际。

——良好的沟通技巧。

——勤奋、守纪律。
