工作职责
1. To develop IP strategy for ENPC and to support business growth
2. To lead the IP Team and manage the IP Dept.
3. To harvest more invention disclosure, coordinate with various IP committee and file more patent applications in China and Globally
4. To coordinate with ENPC legal Dept and take lead on IP related disputes
5. To take care of the IP part of all contracts
6. To work closely with Emerson Corporate Legal Dept and advise the management about IP matters
7. To train and educate ENPC staffs on laws and regulations regarding IP

职位要求
1. With an engineering degree (additional law degree is preferred)
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in IP-related legal functions, either in an international law firm or with a multinational company
3. Fluent Mandarin in addition to impeccable English skills
4. Possession of uncompromised sense of integrity and highest ethical standards
5. A results-oriented professional with a strong common sense and business acumen
6. Ability to deal with stress, ambiguity and complexity in an efficient manner
7. Be energetic and willingness to be self-sustained
8. Passed National Judicial Examination and/or National Patent examination is preferred
