工作职责
1. Responsible for revenue recognition, aging analysis, invoice management, accrual and reconciliation analysis;
2. Resolve day to day issues on Sales, AR, AP, Collection and Inventory:
3. Liaise with Accounts Payable team for intercompany and external suppliers AP reconciliation;
4. Prepare and consolidate monthly inventory & cycle count reconciliation;
5. Work with Sales, Logistics and inter finance dept. to resolve issues affecting collection;
6. Set up credit control policy with customer accounts credit limit;
7. Ensure necessary GL entries are booked properly during accounting period;
8. Conduct monthly financial analysis and prepare financial comment report;
9. Review and prepare weekly and monthly management reports ;
10. Assist department Manager to provide guidelines to team members;
11. Involve in IT,ERP and finance enhancement project;
12. Co-ordinate activities with other departments and maintain good relationship between customers (both internal & external) and company;
13. Ad-hoc projects assigned by General Manager;

职位要求
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance discipline with professional accounting qualifications;
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
3. Strong ability in financial reporting and financial analysis;
4. Familiar with accounting standard, rules and practices;
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills; committed, resulted-oriented and tough;
6. Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and ERP;
7. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
8. Shenzhen based with occasional travel to Hong Kong;
