• Enable China branch to perform comprehensive digital business reviews, by collaborating with cross-functional virtual team (including sales, CMI, media, CRM, S&F, supply, and R&D, etc.), and developing organizational data capability and talents to generate comprehensive business insights.

• Leverage the technology foundations (including report automation, data visualization, and data integration, etc.) to enable associates to access required data transparently, efficiently, and conveniently.

• Engage senior business leaders locally, to provide ad-hoc analytics for emerging business challenges, issues or areas quick insights generation is needed to enable informed decision.

• Lead execution of digital data strategies to deliver tangible business value.

• Enhance Semantic Analysis capability in Confectionary to generate consumer insights directly, instantly, and globally from over 10 million consumer comments.

          

  

Qualifications/任职条件

  

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in education and experience).

• 7+ years’ data technology experience with proven track record in a complex business environment

• Experience driving digital data strategy and implementation in a $2B or larger enterprise.

• Ability to manage digital projects independently, multi-task and work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical staff in team-oriented environments

• Technology-savvy with an understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written English-language skills
