岗位JD如下：

• Influence specifications/get solutions specified by consultants (Architects/Interior design company/decoration companies);
• In coordination with distributors:
• commercial & technical support and guidance to distributors;
• develop sale leads and verify/guide the action of partners to make sure leads are positively developed & finalized;
• follow up important/complex negotiations in order to offer top commercial and technical support (i.e. submittals, coordination to influence international decision makers/consultants, high level meetings & presentations, etc.)
• Identify aspects to be improved in the activity and action of ours and of distributors, suggest solutions, implement the solutions/measures that might be required from our sides;
• Identify possible additional or alternative potential distributors;
• Activate and develop relationship with system integrators for Home/Building Automation, Intercom, CCTV;
• Activate and develop relationship with resellers (showroom) for Wiring Accessories;
• Ensure reporting to management/colleagues as per company policy;
• Responsible for reaching yearly sales targets in the assigned Area;
• The BDM is supported by the Technical Manager in regard to technical education/training to distributors and resellers;

Requirements:

THE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: The candidate has 3-5 years of experience working for organized and structured companies (highly appreciated if in same sector of ours).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: around 30-35 years old, is a dynamic professional with technical and sales background. Proactive, innovative, accountable with excellent relationship characteristics, is a problem solver able to generate added value to the local structure. Good planning and organization skills are completing the profile. The must is a fluent knowledge of the English language. Background on home and KNX building automation and on Intercom is highly appreciated.

PLACE/travelling: Shanghai, with 50% time travelling around China for business purposes (mainly travelling to Beijing, Shenzhen).
