Responsibilities

Define and implement IT security strategy and privacy standards/guidelines/practices on a technological/security areas, security baseline establishment & maintenance for CN market

Analyzing the external IT Security industry growing trend and Cybersecurity law impact to internal organization. Enforce IT security framework to timely report and escalate security issues or governance issues

Define and deliver methodologies for security assessment, auditing and self-assessment

Manage security in whole project lifecycle, perform security validations and support PM to complete application clearing

Requirement

Minimum 8 years in IT security management experience. 2 +years of leadership role. Data Healthcare/ Data industry experience is preferred.

In depth understanding of IT security technologies and techniques that cover IT infrastructure, application development and operations.

Familiar with IT compliance, China cyber security law, Personal information protection, information security framework, operation system, database and network skills.

Experience with a broad range of relevant systems platforms security like Windows, Linux, AIX, Database, SAP, Web application, firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, CA, IAM, etc. Extensive experience in implementing IT governance, policies and standards.
