Vice President East China / Sales Director - Location Shanghai
Responsibilities
? Directing and coordinating activities of sales, service and demo center to optimize efficiency of operations and maximize revenues and profits
? Coordinating activities of departments and regions such as sales, service, finance, logistics & warehouse and administration to optimize operations
? Delegating and coordinating sales, marketing and services to develop new markets, increase market share, and obtain leadership position in industry
? Leading sales organization to increase the market share in East China and leading service organization to provide customers with good service
? Working within approved budget, developing and implementing cost saving measures
? Following up the trend and changing in the industry and the competitors' activities
? Promoting organizations in the industry and trade associations professionally
? Willingness to travel within China and flexible for after -office working hours
? Report to the Managing Director China

Requirements
? University degree in engineering and preferably also with MBA degree
? Ideally strong knowledge in cutting machine process or other relevant knowledge in machine tools or capital goods industry
? Candidates with sales experience in machine tools or capital goods industry will be favorably considered
? At least 5 years working experience for foreign companies and familiar with western culture
? Rich experience in managing people, including staff planning, developing subordinates' skills, providing regular performance feedback etc.
? Capability to manage, inspire and motivate staff, strategic thinking and team work spirit
? Native level in Chinese language, fluent in English, German is a plus
? Excellent organization and communication skills, interpersonal skills
? Strong personality with the capability to reading financial statements and using IT tools and software
