Mission:
He/She is in charge :
To carry out the logistic activities with the expected level of performance and to guarantee the execution of the RTM operations where Michelin employees and/or subcontractors intervene.
Principal Activities :
1.Be responsible for the execution of means and solutions necessary to meet the offers of service agreed upon with the LP/UOT
2.Ensure the follow-up of these services and the total activity of the warehousing and transportation in terms of quality and EP
3.Take part in process development
4.Maintain the relationships with the service provider. Be the first contact point in resolution of operational problem.
5.Ensure the operational relationship with the local community
6.Follow and analyze the performance indicators
7.Carry out corrective and preventive actions
8.Ensure the treatment of the customers claims. Provide resolution and follow up the corrective action is taken
9.Be responsible for RTM master data accurate and updated in system
KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED :
1.Métier competencies: Logistics techniques – warehouse; Transport techniques; Provider management; Expedite change; Information systems specific to logistics or shared with the LP / UOT
2.General competencies: Communication; Customer focus; Initiative; Adaptability; Teamwork; Operational efficiency
Qualifications :
1.Minimum school level or equivalent experience: University Level or above
2.Awaited professional experience: 3~5 years working experience with preference in Logistics, warehouse operation
